High quality photos of your car
Strong photography builds buyer confidence. All listings must include clear, well-lit images that accurately represent the car. Here’s what’s required:
- Exterior photos from all angles, including front, rear, both sides, and a 3/4 angle.
- Interior photos including the dashboard, seats, gauges, and any installed safety equipment like harnesses or roll bars.
- Engine bay and undercarriage shots, especially if performance modifications or reinforcements have been made.
- Detail shots of notable components: suspension, aero, brakes, wheels, and tires.
- Track use documentation when possible. Upload photos or screenshots of lap times, videos etc.
Essential information
Every listing on TrackReady must include clear, factual details to help buyers make informed decisions. Incomplete or vague listings may be rejected. The following information is required:
- Year, Make, and Model.
- VIN. Required for verification and transparency. We allow partial VINs for privacy (or last 6 digits).
- Mileage. List total mileage on the chassis, as well as mileage on any major components like swapped engines or transmissions, if applicable.
- Title Status. Clearly state if the vehicle has a clean, rebuilt, or salvage title. Include the state of registration.
- Location. Upload photos or screenshots of lap times, videos, spec class etc.
- Price. List your asking price in USD. Negotiation is fine, but all listings must start with a firm number.
Modification Details & Track History
TrackReady is a platform for cars that are built and used with purpose. This section helps potential buyers understand the performance pedigree, reliability, and condition of your vehicle. Be thorough, honest, and specific.
- Modifications. List all relevant performance upgrades, including suspension, brakes, drivetrain, aero, safety equipment, and tuning. Mention brands, specs, and installation dates if available.
- Track History. Describe how the car has been used on track — HPDE events, time trials, autocross, drifting, or racing. Include frequency, types of events, and any lap times or results if available.
- Recent Maintenance. Note any major service or preventative maintenance completed in the last 12 months, especially items like fluids, bushings, wheel bearings, cooling system, and alignment.
- Known Issues. Be transparent about any mechanical, cosmetic, or electrical issues. Track buyers appreciate honesty and clarity over surprises.
